South Africa’s most anticipated dining week returns, with bookings now officially open. From 27 March to 3 May, 200 of the country’s most exciting restaurants will present exclusive menus created especially for this limited-time experience.
Part of a global initiative, Restaurant Week South Africa – held twice a year, in spring and autumn – offers diners the opportunity to explore new restaurants and enjoy exclusive menus at exceptional value at some of the country’s most celebrated establishments.
From acclaimed fine dining destinations to sought-after neighbourhood favourites, Restaurant Week brings together a diverse mix of culinary talent – offering guests the opportunity to explore South Africa’s dining scene in a fresh and accessible way. In recent years, it has grown into an event that welcomes around 40,000 diners per edition.
According to the organisers, this biannual national event generates more than R50 million annually for the South African economy, supporting not only restaurants but also suppliers, farmers, and hospitality staff across the country.
Designed for both dedicated food lovers and curious explorers, Restaurant Week South Africa invites guests to experience memorable dining moments at some of the nation’s most talked-about tables.
With 2-course lunches from R195 and 3-course dinners starting at R295, diners can enjoy exceptional value while discovering new restaurants, signature dishes, and standout flavours across the country.
