South Africa’s Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality, and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA) is inviting culinary educators and sector stakeholders to attend a Qualification Development Review session.
The online session concerns the finalisation of the following occupational qualifications:
- Intermediate Occupational Certificate: Culinary Services Assistant/Kitchen & Food Handling Assistant
- National Occupational Certificate: Cook
- Higher Occupational Certificate: Chef
The purpose of the online meeting is to view the current draft qualification documents, address outstanding matters, and agree on timelines for the finalisation of the qualifications.
