Sondela Academy offers courses in three sectors, all forming part of the Tourism Industry:  Conservation Management, Hospitality Management, as well as Culinary Arts and Cooking. Courses vary in length and qualification level, ranging from 4-week skills courses, right through to full-time,
3-year diploma programmes.

Their online courses are a very successful recent addition and provide learners, from the comfort of their homes, with a taste of what the industry has to offer within their chosen field.

Sondela Nature Reserve & Spa is a 4,800-hectare nature reserve and resort, situated near Bela-Bela in Limpopo. Its convenient location, a mere 1-hour drive from Pretoria, makes it one of the more popular inland weekend and holiday destinations for local tourists.

The Academy plays a big part in the operations of the reserve, which provides learners with the unique opportunity to collect all the practical, real-time experience they need in order to become well-rounded managers in the industry.
