Live-Cook Channel Kicks off its 2021 Lineup with Chef Reuben Riffel

The Live-Cook Channel is back, taking home cooks hungry for new kitchen techniques on an exciting culinary journey in 2021.

The live monthly cooking-along show will launch their new season with SA’s beloved celebrity chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and TV personality, Reuben Riffel. Taking viewers on exotic travels from the comfort of their homes, the Live-Cook Channel has lined up some tantalising dishes inspired the Mediterranean, North Africa, and Asia. 

A Romantic Dinner with Reuben Riffel

Kick-starting the New Year is SA’s darling Reuben Riffel on 24 February. He will be taking viewers on a journey through France, Italy and Turkey, making a Mediterranean-inspired Roasted Prawn and Hake dish as we celebrate love, life and family together. Ticket sales close at midnight on 18 February 2021.

Make Lavish Beef Sirloin with George Jardine

Although his cook was originally set for 3 February, Chef George Jardine will now join us on 24 March. Using delicious seasonal vegetables, he will introduce viewers to some fusion cuisine with his signature Seared Beef Sirloin and Charred Aubergine served with Creamed Kale. Ticket sales close at midnight on 18 March 2021.

Exotic Chermoula Lamb with Charné Sampson

A talented chef who runs the kitchens at Epice, 24-year-old Chef Charné Sampson is the personification of #goals. On 21 April, she will pull Moroccan, Libyan and Tunisian flavours together in a tasty North African dish of Chermoula Lamb with Potato Fondant and Mint Sauce. Ticket sales close at midnight on 15 April 2021.
