The Maslow brings a culinary feast, for the whole family, to the Lacuna Bistro this Easter

The Menu
Some of the delicious items on the menu include:
- Freshly baked breads;
- A medley of seafood with a mary-rose sauce, a hint of brandy, avocado, cucumber and micro leaves;
- Half-shell New Zealand mussels poached in white wine and herbs with fresh garlic;
- Smoked paprika Norwegian salmon flaked on garden peas and sweet baby corn;
- A variety of fresh salads such as cinnamon roasted pumpkin and blue cheese and a deconstructed Greek salad, to name a few.
Some of the mains to indulge include:
- Tomato tamarind fish curry with coconut cream, curry leaves served with fluffy basmati rice;
- Chicken and prawn paella with saffron rice and garden peas;
- The chef’s catch of the day served with caper berries, dill and garlic butter cream sauce topped with Asian crumbs;
- Squid pasta with penne and basil tomato concuss, with parmesan cheese served with crushed chillies and garlic and baked butternut, mushroom and spinach lasagna and creamy béchamel sauce.
- For those who prefer a little red meat, a Sunday roast lion of beef will also be served with horseradish cream.
End off this special celebration with a spread of decadent dessert treats everyone can enjoy:
- Baked cheesecake
- Red velvet opera
- Lemon meringue
- Chocolate mousse cake
- Traditional malva pudding and fruit skewers
