Boasting a variety of international opportunities, the J1 Hospitality Internship program is one of our biggest successes and sees as many as 500 interns/trainees travelling to the USA annually.

OVC host a number of US host companies in South Africa every year, in October 2019 recruiters from the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Centre will be in South Africa to personally interview Chefs, Food & Beverage and Front Desk candidates. Successful candidates will be able to spend 12 months at the resort located in the beautiful town of Aurora, Colorado and gain some of the best international work experience and training!

The Gaylord Rockies boasts 8 restaurants for guests as well as 69 event rooms and is a picturesque venue to spend 12 months at. South Africans who apply to work at this resort will earn a stipend of over $15 per hour. OVC and their partners, offer funding to assist with the costs of embarking on such an international internship and will take care of the entire process from application to interviews to visa and departure.
