Making a delightful, fresh and seasonal signature dish of Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Vegetable Ragout on Wednesday, 14 October, is Hazendal’s talented Chef Michelle Theron.

Chef Michelle has been on a journey of health and wellness for several years now and is renowned for making incredible vegan dishes that both look and taste magnificent. Not only does she love creating vegetable dishes, but she believes in using seasonal veg, too, which is an added bonus when it comes to caring for the earth. She is keen to show of her forays into the world of plant-based cooking.
