Dr. Oetker and Chateau Gateaux are proud to announce that their foodservice offering is now united under one umbrella – Dr Oetker Professional SA! The newly consolidated offering now offers a one-stop access to customer’s favourite Chateau Gateaux cake creations as well as Dr. Oetker pizzas and ready-meals. “We believe that quality is the best recipe and provide a range of reliable, trusted food solutions to boost every kind of food business.”

To mark the launch Dr. Oetker Professional have embarked on a month-long Pizza Masters competition starting on 1 February 2022 in collaboration with well-known celebrity chef Benny Masekwameng.

To enter, foodservice professionals need to purchase any Dr. Oetker pizza base and create their own unique masterpiece, then post a picture of their creation on social media using the hashtag #DrOetkerPizzaMaster.

Winners will be selected in March and Chef Benny will travel with a videographer to each of them. The selected winners stand to win up to R8 000 in cash and other fantastic prizes.

Weekly winners will be announced in the lead-up to our final 3 who will meet Chef Benny in person for the big taste test.

Submit photos and a brief written description of your signature pizza to the Dr. Oetker Professional SA Facebook page.

For both social platforms use #DrOetkerPizzaMaster and tag @DrOetkerProfessionalSA in your post to be eligible to win.
All bases used must be a Dr. Oetker pizza base, i.e., plain base or Margherita.
Enter as many different pizza ideas as you like! One pizza idea = one entry.
Keep an eye on our social pages to see if you’re one of our two weekly semi-finalists. These will be announced each Sunday of the competition period.
