Candidate requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Qualifications
  • At least 4 years working in a similar environment
  • Must be passionate about cooking and managing a kitchen
  • Be creative, willing to think outside of the box and take initiative
  • Someone with an eye for detail
  • Must be willing and able to train staff
  • Must have very high standards for themselves and for their work
