P – Practical training in our state-of-the-art kitchen. At the François Ferreira Academy each learner has a dedicated workstation, your own ‘kitchen’ fully equipped with stove, wash basin and all the tools of the trade. This is where you fully immerse yourself in the practical sessions with our subject matter expert facilitators in proximity, should you need any help.
E – Experience at world-class restaurants and hotels in the beautiful Garden Route. During your studies, you are placed with vetted host employers along the Garden Route in towns like George, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn and Mossel Bay, keeping you inspired whilst getting ‘real deal’ experience as part of the team in the kitchen.
T – Theory presented by our experienced facilitators, laying a solid knowledge foundation. We follow the international Highfield curriculum; so, you can be secure knowing that your qualification is internationally accepted.
