The South African Chefs Association will host the annual InfoChef Gauteng from 30 – 31 July 2019. Don’t miss out!

This year the South African Chefs Association will host their annual Gauteng conference at the Sun International flagship property Times Square Arena in Pretoria from 31 July – 1 August. Two days of interactive demonstrations, a skills lab where students, learners, chefs and foodies can touch, taste and experience ingredients on a new level, a chef’s village and edu village focused on culinary education for all levels.

SA Chefs is very excited to announce that this year InfoChef will be the stage for the prestigious Global Chefs Challenge Semi-Finals for Africa and the Middle East. Countries such as Namibia, Qatar, the UAE, Egypt and South African Chefs will compete for a spot in the finals in St Petersburg in Russia in 2020.

Attracting not only the finest chefs but supporters from across the continent this will be the place for chefs to be. Huletts will once again crown the Sweetest Young Chef at this InfoChef and the NYCTP graduates will battle it out for the title of Top NYCTP Chef.

Exhibitors with fresh new products and information, networking and rubbing shoulders with local and international chef legends are what SA Chefs are going to bring the culinary and chef community of Gauteng.
