Candidate requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Qualifications
- At least 4 years working in a similar environment
- Must be passionate about cooking and managing a kitchen
- Be creative, willing to think outside of the box and take initiative
- Someone with an eye for detail
- Must be willing and able to train staff
- Must have very high standards for themselves and for their work
