Ingredients
5g Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
5g Fresh garlic, finely chopped
60g Onions, finely chopped
45ml Oil
280g Tomatoes, fresh, chopped
10ml Garam Masala
5ml Ground Cumin
5ml Turmeric
1 pot Veg Stock Pot
250ml Meadowland Classique
280g Oumph Chunk
45ml Coriander, fresh, chopped
Method
- In a pot, heat the oil (on medium/high) and cook the onions until soft.
- Add the garlic, ginger and spices and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes. Cover the pot with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add the veg stock pot and Oumph Chunk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the Meadowland Classique.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with coriander.
